Before store publication, the operator must configure the legal entity, support email and effective date in the production environment and have the policy approved.
The service
Eshteraket provides account, membership, program, schedule, attendance, application and center-operation features according to the role and configuration assigned to each account. An activity center remains responsible for its own offers, availability, enrollment decisions and customer records.
Accounts and access
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. Use only an account and family or center information that you are authorized to access. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Applications are not automatic enrollment
Submitting an application or subscription request does not reserve a place, approve eligibility, create an enrollment or charge a payment. The relevant activity-center team reviews the request and confirms the next step.
Payments and records
Eshteraket does not currently process online card payments in the app. Any payment, balance or receipt information shown to you comes from the relevant center’s records and remains subject to that center’s correction, refund and retention processes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but online services can experience maintenance, interruptions or changes. Features may differ by account, business and enabled module. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change.
